The operating loop
Seven stages. One connected workflow.
Today this work is spread across marketplaces, paperwork, storage systems, picking processes, shipping tools and spreadsheets. BrickDeck joins it up — and closes the loop.
In plain terms: orders from BrickLink, BrickOwl and eBay arrive in one queue (Sell); BrickDeck records where every lot is stored (Store); it builds one routed pick run across several orders at once (Pick); the bench packs from that run (Pack); postage and labels are produced in the same flow (Ship); analytics show what actually sold and what didn't (Analyse); and Oracle turns that evidence into better buying decisions (Decide). Each stage feeds the next, and the last one feeds the first.

03 · Pick
Stop picking orders.
Start picking runs.
Pick Mode combines multiple customer orders into a single route through your storage, splitting quantities into orders at the drawer rather than re-sorting everything at your desk afterwards.
Multi-order picking means this: BrickDeck takes the orders you select, works out every part and quantity they need between them, sequences those lots by where they actually live in your storage, and tells you how many of each to drop into which order as you stand at the drawer. You walk your storage once instead of once per order, and there is no separate sorting pass at the end.

Picked correctly.

A completed run hands straight to Pack Mode, order by order, using the same record the picker worked from.

Pack Mode is a digital workflow. BrickDeck does not require or provide barcode scanning or other hardware, and fewer hand-offs reduce mistakes rather than eliminating them.

The bench works from the same record the picker used, so a short pick is already known before the parcel is sealed.

The point isn't that BrickDeck prints a label. It's that the order doesn't have to leave the workflow just because it's ready for postage — no retyping addresses, no rebuilding the parcel in a second system.
Shipping integrations are being built and validated during the private beta. Nothing here should be read as a confirmed availability date.
