What this website is

brickdeck.app describes BrickDeck, a product in active development and currently available only through a private beta. Pages that describe capability in development say so. Nothing on this website is a commitment to deliver a specific feature, on a specific date, at a specific price.

The savings calculator

The calculator produces a conservative estimate from the figures you enter and from published assumptions that we may adjust over time. It is an illustration, not a forecast, a quotation or professional advice. Your actual costs and time savings will differ, and you should not make purchasing, staffing or business decisions on the basis of the estimate alone. You remain responsible for business decisions you make using the estimate. Nothing in the calculator guarantees that you will achieve the estimated saving or capacity.

Beta applications and the Firefly waitlist

Applying for the private beta does not guarantee a place: we choose a small number of stores deliberately, and we may decline any application. Joining the Firefly waitlist is not an order, a pre-order or a reservation, creates no obligation on either side, and gives you no entitlement to a beta place or a price.

Please give us accurate information. We may decline or remove submissions that are false, automated or abusive.

Pricing shown on this site

Plan prices are shown in pounds sterling and are indicative for the post-beta product. They may change before general release. Any price that applies to you will be confirmed to you directly before you are ever charged. BrickDeck is free during the private beta and no payment card is required.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its administration area or its data;
• submit content that is unlawful, misleading or infringing;
• scrape, republish or systematically copy our content for commercial purposes without permission;
• interfere with the operation of the site, including by automated or high-volume submissions.

Our content

The text, design, logos and illustrations on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with a link back. You may not present our material as your own.

Independence

BrickDeck is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the LEGO Group, BrickLink, Brick Owl, eBay or any other marketplace named on this site. LEGO is a trademark of the LEGO Group. Marketplaces are referred to by name only, for identification.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a marketplace or another third-party website, we do not control it and are not responsible for its content or practices.

Availability and liability

We try to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that every figure is free of mistakes. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version always appears here with its date. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory rights or protections available to you under the law of the country where you live.
